Celebrating the 125th anniversary of women being awesome in Aotearoa with girls and women coding
This event has already happened!

2018 marks the 125th anniversary of women’s suffrage in Aotearoa. This makes our biggest tech festival, Techweek NZ, the perfect time to celebrate the girls, women, female-identified, and other marginalised gender coders who write much of Aotearoa's inventive and sweet as code. Come and celebrate the 125th anniversary of women being awesome in Aotearoa with girls and women coding!

Bring your own device (BYOD) and join Code Club Aotearoa and our She Can Code ambassador Amelia Lockley for a celebration of coding and tech at the Epic Innovation Centre in Christchurch.

At the event we will share stories, explore hands on tech stations, and code in a fun and collaborative coding project!

We would appreciate if schools, Code Club's and other groups could please limit ticket registration to a maximum of five child tickets per group.
