Amelia is the Design Lead for Ambit in Auckland, New Zealand. She creates and facilitates co-design workshops with NZ enterprises to help them design conversational user experiences (chatbots), and leads the design of Ambit's conversational-AI platform. Before Ambit, she worked for enterprises Spark New Zealand and Wynyard Group as a UX Designer.
