Powerco Future Tech combines inspirational and informative speakers across two evenings with opportunities for attendees to  experience virtual reality, fly drones, see 3D printing in action, ride Segways, program a robot and watch how the brain interfaces with computers. 

You will learn how technology will change lives, employment and how your industry works in the future.  You will also get the chance to hear about our energy future and how our lives are entering into the fourth period of existence so get in quick and purchase your ticket to this exciting event. 

Each ticket sold for this event sponsors a year 12 and 13 student from local high schools to attend one of the evenings. Funds raised from ticket sales also goes directly towards Education Scholarships for students here in Taranaki who face financial hardship.

We are entering the fourth age of humanity, where technology is embedding in our lives, changing our behaviors and evolving us into digital humans.

Nakibots is a taranaki-based VEX IQ robotics team. We also use the STEM curriculum (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). Last year we went to the World Championships, and did very well.
