Bioactives play a significant role in enhancing therapeutics for many animal, human diseases and the environment, therefore one important pathway to further enhance this area is to apply sound interdisciplinary knowledge and methodologies in technology, engineering and mathematics. The event has been designed to interest researchers, small to medium enterprises, service providers and large corporates to discuss how the natural products industry can scale to play a significant role in Auckland and NZ economy. The audience will come from a cross section of food, agriculture, environmental and human health.
