John has over 15 years specialist Liability, Financial Lines underwriting and portfolio management experience in the New Zealand Insurance market. Prior to Delta, with his management and senior underwriting responsibilities, he has created a strong reputation for innovation and service. John has been responsible for developing an array of innovative liability offerings and is regarded as a leading financial lines, professional indemnity and technology liability expert for companies of all sizes.
Mitchell brings two and a half decades of entrepreneurial experience in software innovation to the Augen team. Over that time, he has been involved with a number of software product/SaaS businesses. He has wide-ranging expertise in product & service development, revenue & engagement models, protection of intellectual property, sales & marketing channels, business offerings & capabilities, internationalisation and speed-to-market, and collaboration for business growth.
Reenesh is passionate about helping organisations embrace risk and deal with uncertainty in a volatile world. He has assisted them to seize opportunities and manage risk related to their people, processes and systems with tailored and practical solutions. He works with a number of start-up and technology companies, advising them on how best to manage risk while on a high growth trajectory.
Sharna has over 15 years’ experience in liability claims, having worked in senior liability claims roles in Australia and London prior to moving to New Zealand in 2003, where she continued in a senior liability claims role for an international insurer, handling professional liability risks. Sharna enjoys working with clients to ensure a smooth and stress free resolution to their claim.
