Come peek under the veil of Level Two, New Zealand's most successful deep tech innovation hub. Currently home to 16 different high-tech companies, our building was the birthplace of Kiwi tech success stories like LanzaTech and Rocket Lab.
Located in the creative district of Parnell with over 2,000 square metres of workshops, laboratories and offices, Level Two is one of the largest private tech clusters in New Zealand. Over the past two decades, Level Two has seen over 30 startup companies begin their journey. Alumni companies have raised over $900M in venture capital, taking their tech to the globe and beyond (well, into orbit at least!). Importantly, they've also helped spur on another generation of deep tech startups.
To chime with this year's Techweek theme of innovation that's good for the world, we'll have short talks from three of our tenants who are working in the cleantech space. They'll share some of the unique challenges in developing, commercialising & scaling clean technologies, which in some cases actually aim to clean up the environment!
Speakers include:
Tours of the labs and workshops will also be available. This is a great opportunity to mix and mingle with early-stage companies working on deep tech problems in Auckland.
Thanks to Glengarry Wines for helping to sponsor our evening.
