Women and EV Technology: Ms Daisy can drive herself - Clara Ford, the Model T and “Miladies Electric”
This event has already happened!

When we think of electric vehicles we think of them as a modern new technology.

However, thousands of electric cars were in operation in American towns and cities around the turn of twentieth century and it was women who drove most of them.

The talk will cover Henry Ford's wife Clara and her own electric vehicle, and will conclude with a look at the picture in 2018.

OEVSoc is a Society whose membership promote the protection of the environment by encouraging the use of electric vehicles to reduce greenhouse emissions through sharing knowledge and assistance at education events.
