This workshop is suitable for Tourism Operators wanting to enhance/maximise/leverage their existing Tourism New Zealand Operator Database listing.

This workshop is a level up from the morning session (Operator Database 101/beginners level) and will focus on how to get the best out of a listing on newzealand.com and digital marketing skills.

The presentation will include an outline of how the OD relates to the online user journey, basic SEO, the conversion funnel and booking engines. The workshop will provide a base of understanding and ‘tips and tricks’ to maximise/enhance a listing.

There will be time after the main presentation for Tourism New Zealand to look over existing listings to see how they stack up within the digital marketing mix.

Operators will need to bring the following to the workshop:

A description of their business basic business info (location, contact details etc)  a description of each product they would like to offer (min 400 characters/letters long) digital files of photos of their products and business logo any online/website URL’s (website, online booking info, Facebook, YouTube etc) Trip Advisor/Qualmark info and ID numbers
