Hard is not what; hard is what not! A workshop for busy leadership teams wanting to get aligned on their future.
This event has already happened!

What is it?

ThinkPlace is offering a one-day workshop for senior leadership teams that will enable them to gain alignment on their products and service experience and make tough choices on what to prioritise and when. Using tried-and-tested methods, and under the guidance of an experienced design coach, teams will leave the workshop with an end-to-end view of the customer experience and a clear roadmap to take the products forward. The coach will spend some time with the company before the workshop to ensure the session is tailored to their needs.

This workshop was designed by Martin Grant, former Chief Innovation Officer of a New Zealand technology company.

Says Gavin Lennox, Chief Executive Officer of Invenco Group Ltd: “We are so busy working in the business it was a rare opportunity to take two days out for strategic project planning with the ThinkPlace team. The very focused approach ensured we got exponentially greater value from the time we invested, resulting in very practical and actionable outputs, including a customer-centred product feature roadmap. Can definitely recommend.”

ThinkPlace is a strategic design and innovation consultancy with a core competency in designing for positive impact at scale. This workshop will assist likeminded organisations to create new and better futures for the world – vibrant communities, strong economies, sustainable environments and trusted institutions.

Who is this workshop for?
